INTRODUCTION

Enduring Solitaire, alternatively known as Klondike, is an ageless card game for one player that is admired for its simplicity and strategic aspects. Utilize a standard deck of cards to construct four foundation stacks, one for each suit, arranged in ascending order starting from the Ace and ending with the King. Through thoughtful planning and tactical maneuvers, reveal concealed cards and successfully complete the tableau.


GUIDELINES

  1. Preparation:
  • A shuffled deck is organized into seven rows.
  • The initial row contains one exposed card, the second row includes two cards (one exposed, one hidden), and this pattern continues until the seventh row which comprises of seven cards (one exposed).
  1. Gameplay:
  • Construct Tableau: Order cards in decreasing sequence (King to Ace), alternating between colors (e.g., Red 7 on Black 8).
  • Expose Cards: Shift visible cards to unveil concealed ones.
  • Transfer to Foundation: Move cards to the four foundation stacks, organizing them in ascending order by suit (Ace to King).
  • Draw from the Stock Pile when there are no available moves in the tableau.
  1. Objective:
  • Successfully arrange all cards into the foundation stacks to emerge victorious in the game.
